Several years ago, I started a job. It was my first "career" job, one that was not only a way of making money while in school but was in my field of study and could help me start my climb up the ladder.

Our society teaches us to shy away from failure. We will work endless hours, lie, stab coworkers and friends in the back if needed; we will do everything we have to avoid failure.

 

But nothing teaches us faster and more efficiently than a little face plant. We should learn to embrace it. Getting back up is much more important than never falling down.
